Your time stays yours.
Hachirowmaru is entertainment for UK adults. Fictional credits have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed. A result here does not predict success in real-money gambling.
Choose a comfortable session
Set a reminder in your account, keep sound and effects comfortable and take time away from the screen. A reminder asks you to check your pace; it is not a licence to ignore fatigue or frustration.
When a quiet harbour helps
Stop if play disrupts sleep, work, relationships or your mood, if you feel unable to pause, or if you keep trying to undo a result. A voluntary break blocks access for 1, 7 or 30 days. Self-exclusion is a longer restriction of 180 days, one year or five years.
Confirmed restrictions take effect on the server and sign out current account sessions. They cannot be shortened through this interface. Do not use another account, guest session or device to evade them.
Independent support
GamCare provides confidential UK gambling-related support. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services. These independent resources are not Hachirowmaru partners.
Ask the concierge about account or privacy questions. Do not send sensitive medical information through the form.
